大型复合材料压力容器多排螺接结构失效预测 被引量:1

摘要 针对复合材料压力容器在多排螺接位置承受面外集中载荷时的失效风险,对典型多排螺接复合材料压力容器在吊装工况下的失效模式进行了仿真预测及试验验证,同时比较了Tsai-Wu准则和Hashin准则针对多排螺接孔孔边铺层失效预测结果的差别。结果表明,多排螺接孔孔边-45°铺层将首先出现基体开裂破坏,且Hashin准则相比Tsai-Wu准则的孔边失效预测精度更高,具有工程参考价值。 Dealing with the failure risk at multi-bolted position of a composite pressure vessel under out-plane concentrated loading,the failure mode of a typical multi-bolted composite pressure vessel under lifting load was numerically predicted and experimentally validated.Additionally,intralaminar failure of multi-bolted hole edges were compared between Tsai-Wu criterion and Hashin criterion.It shows that the multi-bolted hole edges initiate with matrix tensile failure at ply angle of-45°.Moreover,Hashin criterion yields higher failure prediction accuracy than Tsai-Wu criterion.This study could be adopted as an engineering method.
