涡流技术在不等壁厚换热管检测中的应用研究

摘要 本文利用涡流检测方法,对两种不同规格的换热管分别进行基于不同规格标定样管的检测信号分析,研究不同标定样管对换热管裣测信号的影响分析。试验研究对象分为两组,材质分别为20号钢和304不锈钢,其中20号钢材质被检换热管与对比样管的规格为19×2.0mm和19×3.0mm,304不锈钢材质被检换热管与对比样管规格为19×2.0mm和20×2.1mm。结果表明,对于同一材质,采用两种对比样管均可识别被检对象中的人工缺陷,但标定样管的壁厚越大,其检测信号幅值越大,相位越小。 In this paper,the eddy current detection method is used to analyze the detection signals of two different specifications of heat exchange tubes based on the calibration samples of different specifications,and to study the effect of different calibration samples on the detection signals of the heat exchange tubes.The experimental research objects are divided into two groups,the materials are 20 steel and 304 stainless steel,of which the specifications of the heat exchange tube and the comparison sample tube of 20 steel are 19 × 2.0mm and 19 × 3.0mm,and the 304 stainless steel is tested The specifications of the heat exchange tube and the comparison sample tube are 19 × 2.0mm and 20 × 2.1mm.The results show that for the same material,the two comparison sample tubes can identify artificial defects in the object to be inspected,but the larger the wall thickness of the calibrated sample tube,the greater the detection signal amplitude and the smaller the phase.
