This article introduces a boiler explosion accident happened recently,the situation of the explosion site is confirmed through the field investigation,and some abnormal safety interlock protection devices of the boiler are found.Through the metal material of blast area sampling and physical and chemical analysis,it found that burst point metals group has been deteriorating,thus infer the cause of the accident.According to the accident put forward some Suggestions for prevent such accidents from happening again in the future,it highlights the main responsibility of units used,the personnel's responsibility and key points of equipment should be given attention.
