摘要
目的:调查利益相关者对重症监护室(ICU)专科护士与护理硕士专业学位研究生衔接培养的期望和需求,为构建ICU专科护士与护理专业学位研究生衔接培养方案提供依据。方法:采用自制的ICU专科护士与护理硕士专业学位研究生衔接培养调查问卷对95名ICU专科护士、40名ICU医生及55名护理硕士专业学位研究生进行调查。结果:不同利益相关者对ICU专科护士与护理硕士专业学位研究生衔接的准入资质、培养模式、授课教师类型、课程模块、考核评价方式的期望较为一致。3组研究人群对ICU专科护士与护理硕士专业学位研究生衔接培养的教学方式、课程设置、开展课题类型的意见不同(P<0.001)。结论:利益相关者对ICU专科护士与护理硕士专业学位研究生衔接培养持积极态度,期望以重症护理高级实践水平的专业核心能力为出发点,以临床实践、课程设置等作为切入点构建衔接培养方案。
Objective:To investigate expectations and needs of stakeholders in the joint training of ICU clinical nurse specialist and master of nursing specialist.Methods:T otally 95 ICU clinical nurse specialists,40 ICU doctors and 55 master of nursing specialist were surveyed using self-made questionnaire of joint training of ICU clinical nurse specialist and master of nursing specialist.Results:The expectations of different stakeholders on the admission requirements,education model,teacher's types,curriculum modules and assessment methods for the jointing training were generally consistent.Study populations had statistically different opinions on the teaching methods,curriculum set,types of postgraduate program under the joint training of ICU clinical nurse specialist and MNS(P<0.05).Conclusions:Stakeholders had a positive attitude towards the jointing training between ICU clinical nurse specialist and MNS.It was expected that nursing managers should construct the jointing training program,which was starting from the professional core competence of advanced practice in intensive care and took the clinical practice and curriculum setting as the entry point.
