摘要
目的:构建护理人员健康教育胜任力自评量表,并检验其在我国护士群体中的效度和信度。方法:对626名临床护士进行护理人员健康教育胜任力自评量表(初测版)初测,通过项目分析和第1次探索性因子分析确定正式量表;选取1 861名临床护士正式施测,进行第2次探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析和内部一致性信度检验。结果:护理人员健康教育胜任力自评量表(最终版)包含知识与经验、技能与能力以及综合素质3个分量表、89个条目;验证性因子分析表明,3个分量表均具有良好的结构效度,量表(最终版)总的Cronbach'sα系数为0.977,知识与经验、技能与能力、综合素质3个分量表Cronbach'sα系数分别为0.965,0.983,0.934。结论:护理人员健康教育胜任力自评量表最终版具有良好的测量学属性,可作为测量护理人员健康教育胜任力的可靠工具。
Objective:To construct the self-evaluation scale of health education competency for the nursing staff,and to test its validity and reliability.Methods:A total of 626 clinical nurses were preliminarily surveyed by the self-evaluation scale of health education competency for the nursing staff(primary version),and the formal scale was determined through project analysis and the first exploratory factor analysis.Then 1 861 clinical nurses were selected for formal testing for the second exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and internal consistency reliability test.Results:The self-evaluation scale of health education competency for nursing staff(final version) included three subscales of knowledge and experience,skills and abilities,and comprehensive quality,and 89 items.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that all three subscales had good structural validity.The Cronbach’s a coefficient of the total scale was 0.977.The Cronbach’s α coefficients of knowledge and experience,skills and abilities and comprehensive quality were 0.965,0.983,and 0.934,respectively.Conclusion:The ultimately formed self-evaluation scale of health education competency for nursing staff had good measurement properties,it could be used as a reliable tool for measuring the health education competence of nursing staff.
