单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗肺癌的效果研究

目的:探讨用单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗肺癌的临床疗效。方法:从云南省第三人民医院收治的肺癌患者中选取60例患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为三孔组和单孔组(30例/组)。为三孔组患者采用三孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术进行治疗,为单孔组患者采用单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术进行治疗,然后对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:单孔组患者术中的出血量少于三孔组患者,其术后住院的时间短于三孔组患者,其术后并发症的发生率低于三孔组患者,P<0.05。两组患者的胸腔引流时间、胸腔引流量相比,P>0.05。结论:用单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗肺癌的临床疗效较好,具有创伤小、患者术后恢复快等优点。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of single-pore video-assisted lobectomy for lung cancer.Methods:60 patients with lung cancer were selected from the third People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province.They were randomly divided into three hole group and one hole group(30 cases/group).The patients in the three-hole group were treated with three-hole video-assisted lobectomy,and the patients in the single-hole group were treated with single-hole video-assisted lobectomy.Then the clinical efficacy of the two groups was com pared.Results:Patients in the single-hole group had less intr aoperative blood loss than those in the threehole group,their postoperative hospitalization time was shorter than those in the three-hole group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the three-hole group(P<0.05).Compared with the time of thoracic drainage and the volume of thoracic drainage,P>0.05 was found.Conclusion:Single-hole thoracoscopic lobectomy for lung cancer has a good clinical eff ect,with the advantages of less trauma,quick postoperative re covery and so on.
