摘要
假鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌是一种革兰阴性需氧菌。由假鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌引起的颅骨及脑膜感染在临床上十分罕见。本文主要是对昆明医科大学第一附属医院收治的1例假鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌致颅骨及脑膜感染患者的临床表现及诊疗经过进行分析。
Burkholderia pseudostellaria is a gram-negative aerobic bacterium.Cranial and meningeal infections caused by Burkholderia pseudostellaria are rare in clinic.This paper mainly analyzed the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of a case of skull and meningeal infection caused by Burkholderia pseudogangrenia admitted to the first Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical Un iversity.
