摘要
职业辅导评量是残障者就业链条上的重要环节,对促进残障者适性就业有重要指导作用。梳理我国台湾地区身心障碍者职业辅导评量的内涵、目的、评量对象和实施方式,有助于大陆地区借鉴其经验,并根据本地区情况,制定残障者职业辅导评量发展的本土化策略,如完善残障者职业辅导评量的保障机制,提高职业辅导评量人员的专业水平,综合使用多种评量方式,扩展评量结论的应用范围。
Vocational counseling evaluation is an important link in the employment chain for the disabled and it plays an important guiding role in promoting the employment of the disabled.To sort out the connotation,purpose,objects and implementation methods of vocational counseling evaluation for the physically and mentally disabled in Taiwan region will be helpful for the mainland of China to draw lessons from its experience and formulate localization strategies for the development of vocational counseling evaluation for the disabled according to local conditions:improve the guarantee mechanism of vocational counseling evaluation for the disabled;enhance the professional level of vocational counseling evaluation personnel;comprehensively use multiple evaluation methods;extend the application scope of evaluation conclusion.
