医联体联合互联网模式在脑瘫儿童中的应用效果

Application effect of medical consortium and internet in children with cerebral palsy

目的探讨基于医联体联合互联网模式对脑瘫儿童的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月我院收治的脑瘫患儿76例,根据随机数字表法分为两组各38例。对照组采用传统电话随访,观察组进行医联体联合互联网模式,通过线上线下结合的方式随访。6个月后,比较两组患儿语言发育评定表(s-s)、活动能力评价量表(PEDI)、国际功能、残疾和健康分类(儿童和青少年版)(ICF-CY)、发展商数(DQ)以及两组治疗的总有效率。结果两组s-s和ADL评分较前有所提高,ICF-CY评估中身体结构功能与活动参与能力评分降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组DQ评分均高于康复治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过线上与线下结合的随访管理,脑瘫患儿的症状得到明显改善,医联体联合互联网的应用利于促进患儿疾病的治疗,并有效提高了医疗资源的利用率,值得推广和应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of the medical consortium and internet model for children with cerebral palsy.Methods Seventy-six children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were divided into observation and control groups with 38 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was followed up by traditional telephone while the observation group was followed up by the medical consortium combined with the internet through online and offline follow-up.After 6 months of follow-up,the language development assessment scale(S-S),the motor performance evaluation scale(PEDI),the"International Classification of Functions,Disabilities and Health(Children and Adolescents)"(ICF-CY),development Quotient(DQ)and the total effective rate of the two treatments were compared between the two groups.Results The S-S and activities of daily living(ADL)scores of the two groups were increased compared with the previous ones,and the scores of body structure,function and activity participation ability in the ICF-CY assessment were decreased,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The DQ scores of the two groups were higher than the rehabilitation before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the follow-up management of online and offline,the symptoms of children with cerebral palsy have been significantly improved.Application of medical consortium and internet is conducive to promoting the treatment of children's diseases and effectively improves the utilization of medical resources.It is worthy of promotion and application.
