摘要
采用超声波法,对百合、玉竹、白术、栝楼、葛、玄参6种药用植物中芦丁、黄芩素、黄芩苷、槲皮素和柚皮素5种黄酮类物质进行提取,以超高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术对黄酮类物质含量进行检测分析。结果表明:百合、玄参中含有芦丁,其中百合中的芦丁含量最高,达25.31μg/g;百合、玄参中含有黄芩苷,但含量均较低;除白术以外,其他5种药用植物均含有一定量的槲皮素,其中以栝楼中的槲皮素含量最高,达37.12μg/g;6种药用植物中均含有柚皮素,但含量均不高;在葛、百合中检测到少量黄芩素。
The ultrasonic method was used to extract rutin,baicalein,baicalin,quercetin and naringenin from six medicinal plants,Lilium,Polygonatum odoratum,Atractylodes macrocephala,Trichosanthes kirilowii,Pueraria lobata and Scrophularia ningpoensis.The content of flavonoids was analyzed by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that there was rutin in Lilium and Scrophularia ningpoensis,and the content of rutin in Lilium was the highest,reaching 25.31μg/g;the contents of baicalin in Lilium and Scrophularia ningpoensis were low;except Atractylodes macrocephala,the other five medicinal plants all contained a certain amount of quercetin,among which Trichosanthes kirilowii had the highest content of quercetin,reaching 37.12μg/g;six medicinal plants all contained naringenin,but the content was not high;a small amount of baicalein was detected in Pueraria lobata and Lilium.
