Thoughts on the Development of Intelligent Agriculture in Hunan

从智慧农业发展的背景入手,介绍了智慧农业的概念、国外发展趋势以及国内发展现状,阐述了湖南省发展智慧农业的重大意义;总结了该省近年来智慧农业的发展现状,指出当前该省智慧农业发展存在缺乏顶层设计、创新能力不足、推广力度不够、人才队伍建设滞后等问题,提出了强化顶层设计,做好政策规划引领;加强政府投入,完善相关配套措施;强化科技创新,加大成果转化力度;加强人才队伍建设,积极培育市场主体4个方面的建议。

Starting from the background of intelligent agriculture development,this paper introduces the concept of intelligent agriculture,foreign development trend and domestic development status,expounds the great significance of developing intelligent agriculture in Hunan Province,summarizes the development status of intelligent agriculture in recent years,and points out that there are some problems in the development of intelligent agriculture,such as lack of top-level design,lack of innovation ability,insufficient promotion,lag of talent team construction.Four suggestions are put forward,including strengthening top-level design,policy planning and guiding;strengthening government investment and improving relevant supporting measures,strengthening scientific and technological innovation,increasing the transformation of achievements,strengthening the construction of talent team and actively cultivating market players.
