摘要
高等教育竞争力是国家综合实力的重要组成部分,主要包括人才培养能力、科研创新能力、社会服务能力与国际合作能力等维度。本研究构建内外圈层高等教育竞争力评价模型与指标体系,运用因子分析法实证调查“一带一路”沿线国家高等教育竞争力现状,解析沿线国家在人才培养、科研创新、社会服务、国际合作等四个因子上的表现,并在此基础上运用灰色关联分析法研究影响高等教育竞争力的各项关联性因素与关联程度。提升“一带一路”沿线国家高等教育整体竞争力,需着力推动沿线国家高等教育合作交流,具体从优化顶层设计、完善平台建设、推进协同攻关、加强联合培养、鼓励人文交流等方面展开。
Higher education,as an important part of comprehensive national strength,includes capabilities of personnel training,scientific and technological innovation,social service and international cooperation.This study builds an evaluation model and indicator system for the competitiveness of higher education in an external and internal ring structure.It uses the factor analysis method to empirically study the status of higher education competitiveness of the“Belt and Road”countries,and to analyze the aforesaid four factors indicating their performance.On this basis,it uses the gray relation analysis method to analyze the correlative factors and the correlation degree of the influence on the competitiveness of higher education.To enhance the overall competitiveness of higher education in the“Belt and Road”countries,focus should be put on promoting their higher education cooperation and exchanges,specifically by optimizing the top-level design,improving platform construction,promoting collaborative research,strengthening joint training,and encouraging humane interchange.
