麻黄的化学成分与药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Effects of Ephedra sinica

麻黄为麻黄科植物麻黄的干燥草质茎,具有发散风寒、宣肺平喘、利水消肿的功效。对麻黄的化学成分及现代药理作用进行了综述,发现麻黄主要化学成分有生物碱、黄酮、挥发油、有机酸、氨基酸、多糖和鞣质等,具有解热发汗、利尿、平喘、免疫抑制、抗氧化及抗病毒等作用。

Ephedra sinica is the dry herbaceous stem of ephedraceae,which has the effect of dispersing wind-cold,dispersing Lung and relieving asthma,as well as inducing diuresis to alleviate edema.This study reviewed the chemical constituents and modern pharmacological effects of Ephedra sinica.It was found that the main chemical components of Ephedra sinica included alkaloids,flavonoids,volatile oil,organic acids,amino acids,polysaccharides and tannins.They have the functions of antipyretic sweating,inducing diuresis,relieving asthma,inhibiting immune,oxidation resistance and anti-virus.
