红色精神融入医学生社会主义核心价值观培育的路径探析

An Analysis of the Path of Integrating Red Spirit into the Cultivation of Socialist Core Values for Medical Students

红色精神是中国共产党在总结百年的革命、建设和改革的实践经验基础上逐步产生、发展和丰富起来的文化。习近平同志在不同场合多次强调红色精神的重要性,指出要让红色精神放射出新的时代光芒。医学生核心价值观影响着医学生的职业理想与信念,因此将红色精神融入医学生的社会主义核心价值观培育具有重要的意义。要使两者培育实现融合,就要了解红色精神的内涵,分析红色精神与社会主义核心价值观的内在关系,梳理红色精神的价值意蕴,积极从充实思政课程内容、挖掘课程思政育人作用、丰富校园文化建设、创新育人服务指导、构建学校-家庭-社会协同体系等五方面来推动精神铸魂育人,巩固医学生社会主义核心价值观,从而为医疗卫生事业培养更多杰出的接班人。

The red spirit is the history and culture,which is gradually produced,developed and enriched on the basis of practical experiences in revolution,construction and reformation summarized by the Communist Party of China over the 100 years.Chairman Xi Jinping emphasized the significance of the red spirit in many occasions,pointed out that the red spirit should shine in new era.The core values of medical students affect their professional ideal and belief.Therefore,it is of great significance to integrate the red spirit into cultivation of the socialist core values for medical students.To realize the fusion of the two cultivation methods,it is necessary to understand the connotation of the red spirit,analyze the internal relationship between the red spirit and socialist core values,comb the value implication of the red spirit.Actively promote the red spirit from the five aspects:enriching the content of ideological and political course,exploring the cultivation function of ideological and political course,improving campus culture construction,innovating cultivation service guidance and building school-family-society coordination system,to cultivate the talents,strengthen the socialist core value of medical students,so as to cultivate more outstanding red successor for medical and health services.
