“高手在民间”流传成因的社会学建构与体育学启示——一项基于扎根理论的研究

Sociological construction and physical education thinking on the causeof"experts in the folk"

“高手在民间”是我国广为流传的一句俗语,伴随官方和民间融通的一系列大众选拔活动(如跨界选材等)的开展,“高手在民间”再次成为各方热议的焦点。运用扎根理论,挖掘“高手在民间”广为流传现象形成的深层成因,揭示其内在本质,促使各界对“高手在民间”这一俗语形成明朗、系统的理性认识。研究发现“高手在民间”成因较为多元,将其建构为正向成因和反向成因两种。正向成因是“高手在民间”的基础和客观存在依据,统领人才埋没、项目发展成熟度、民间固有优势和历史变迁四个范畴。反向成因是主要成因,以“误以为高手在民间”的认知偏差和“愿意高手在民间”的心理偏爱为核心,涉及认知、心理和传播等因素。正反成因综合渗透,最终促成了“高手在民间”的广为流传。成因对体育领域群众体育与竞技体育协同发展具有重要启示:一是促进竞技体育与群众体育的深度融合与协同发展;二是注重体育领域“民粹主义”倾向的消解。

"Experts in the folk"is a popular saying in China.Along with a series of public selection activities(such as cross-border selection)which are integrated by the government and the folk,the"experts in the folk"has become the focus of discussion.Based on the grounded theory,this study explores the deep causes of the widespread phenomenon of"experts in the folk",reveals its internal essence,and promotes all walks of life to form a clear and systematic rational understanding of the saying"experts in the folk".It is found that the causes of"experts in the folk"are more diverse,and they are constructed into two kinds:positive causes and negative causes.The positive cause is the foundation and objective basis of"the folk have experts",which includes four categories:leading the burying of talents,the maturity of project development,the inherent advantages of the folk and historical changes.The reverse cause is the main cause,which is centered on the cognitive bias of"mistaking the master in the folk"and the psychological preference of"willing the master in the folk".The comprehensive penetration of the positive and negative causes finally achieved the widespread popularity of"experts in the folk".It has important implications for the coordinated development of mass sports and competitive sports in the field of sports:first,to promote the deep integration and coordinated development of competitive sports and mass sports;second,to focus on the elimination of"Populism"in the field of sports.
