摘要
采用念动教学方法,以网球普修课的大学生为研究对象,对其教学训练效果与传统教学方式进行对比实验研究。结果表明,与传统教学相比,念动训练法更有利于加快学生掌握网球技术动作的速度,促进高校网球教学水平和提高课堂教学质量。
Taking the undergraduates that take tennis as general course as the subjects,the author made an experimental study on the effects of image training on tennis teaching.Compared with traditional teaching method,the image training method is more conducive for students to master tennis technical movement quickly and improve teaching quality.
