黛力新联合乌灵胶囊治疗卒中后抑郁的临床疗效研究

Clinical Efficacy of Deanxit Combined with Wuling Capsule in Treating Post-Stroke Depression

目的:观察黛力新联合乌灵胶囊治疗卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:选择符合纳入标准的卒中后抑郁患者按照随机数字表随机分为黛力新组、黛力新联合乌灵胶囊组和对照组,均治疗2周。观察3组患者治疗前后HAMD抑郁量表、NIHSS中枢神经损伤量表评分变化情况及临床疗效。结果:3组NIHSS评分均下降,但差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。黛力新组和黛力新联合乌灵胶囊组评分均下降(P<0.05),但黛力新组和黛力新联合乌灵胶囊组之间比较,没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组HAMD评分变化幅度的比较,黛力新组HAMD评分降幅程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),黛力新联合乌灵胶囊组HAMD评分降幅程度显著低于对照组(P<0.01);且黛力新联合乌灵胶囊组HAMD评分降幅优于黛力新组(P<0.01)。结论:黛力新联合乌灵胶囊治疗卒中后抑郁,可以显著降低HAMD评分,但短期改善中枢神经损伤的效果不显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Deanxit combined with Wuling capsule in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods:Patients with post-stroke depression who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the Deanxit group,the combination group(Deanxit combined with Wuling Capsule)and the blank group.The scores of HAMD depression scale and NIHSS central nervous system injury scale were observed before and after the treatment in the three groups.The clinical efficacy was observed and compared among the groups.Results:The scores of NIHSS were decreased in the three groups after the treatment,but there were no significant differences among them(P>0.05).The scores of NIHSS were significantly decreased in the Deanxit group and the combination group after the treatment(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of the score decrease of HAMD,it was more significant in the Deanxit group than that in the control group(P<0.05);it was more significant in the combination group compared to that in the Deanxit group and the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Deanxit combined with Wuling Capsule can significantly reduce the scores of HAMD in the treatment of post-stroke depression,but the short-term effect of improving central nerve injury is not significant.
