脑卒中后抑郁的针灸治疗临床研究进展

Research Advances in Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of PSD

脑卒中后抑郁(post-stroke depression,PSD)是脑卒中后常见的一种精神障碍类并发症。针灸治疗PSD疗效确切且不良反应小,本文对近五年来针灸治疗PSD的临床研究进行归纳整理,分析了多种有效治疗手段,发现针灸治疗在改善患者抑郁症状、促进患者神经功能恢复和提高日常生活能力等方面,具有独特的优势。与西药联合运用,或多种疗法与多种针刺手法相结合较单纯针刺疗效更好,能进一步提高临床疗效。

Post-stroke depression(PSD)is a common complication of mental disorders after stroke.Acupuncture treatment is effective in the treatment of PSD.This study summarized and sorted out the clinical studies on acupuncture and moxibustion in treating PSD in the past five years,among which a variety of effective treatment methods were analyzed.It is found that acupuncture and moxibustion has unique advantages in improving the depressive symptoms,promoting the recovery of neurological function and improving the ability of daily life.The combination of western medication and acupuncture and moxibustion,as well as the combination of a variety of therapies and a variety of acupuncture manipulations have better curative effect than simple acupuncture in the treatment of PSD,which can further improve the clinical curative effect.
