摘要
为配合国家整体外交,在周恩来总理的亲自关怀下,北京第二外国语学院于1964年成立。1981年,顺应中国改革开放发展需要,原国家对外经贸部在北京第二外国语学院设立了全国第一个对外经济合作本科专业。自2003年起,紧密结合国家文化发展的国际战略,北京第二外国语学院开始了国际服务贸易与文化贸易的理论与实践研究。
In order to cooperating with the general diplomacy of our country,Beijing International Studies University was established in 1964 under the personal care of Premier Zhou Enlai.In 1981,conforming with the needs of China*s reform and opening policy,the former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation established the nation's first undergraduate major in foreign economic cooperation at Beijing In ternational Studies University.
