摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为高校图书馆线上资源绩效的提升提供参考。[方法/过程]借鉴前人研究并结合高校实际,构建了一套由5个一级指标和23个二级指标组成的图书馆线上资源绩效评价指标体系,在此基础上,将能够反映指标变异程度的熵权法与具有期望标杆的期望相似性模型相结合,确定指标权重和评价对象绩效得分。[结果/结论]高校图书馆线上资源的绩效水平与投入成本呈现反方向变化趋势;指标障碍度越大,越需要得到重点关注;采取有效措施改善强障碍因素,对提高线上资源绩效水平至关重要。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for the improvement of online resource performance of university libraries[Method/process]Drawing lessons from previous studies and combining with the actual situation of universities,the paper constructs an index system for library online resource performance evaluation which is composed of 5 first-level indexes and 23 second-level indexes.On this basis,it combines the entropy weight method reflecting index variation degree with the expected similarity model possessing expected benchmark to determine the index weight and the performance score of the evaluation object.[Result/conclusion]The performance level and input cost of online resources of university libraries show a trend of opposite changes.The greater the degree of index barriers they have,the more attentions it needs to be paid on.Taking effective measures to remove the strong obstacle factors is very important to improve the performance level of online resources.
