人文精神培养视阈下高校跆拳道教学改革研究

On the Reform of Taekwondo Teaching in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Humanism

运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,从我国高校跆拳道教学中人文精神培养的现状入手,对跆拳道项目特点与人文精神培养的价值进行分析。研究认为,在新时代素质教育的背景下,高校跆拳道教学要着眼于培养学生的人文精神,强化跆拳道精神宣传,在跆拳道教学中增加人文情怀,营造跆拳道文化氛围,融入人文精神的培养,提高人文精神在跆拳道教学中的比重,从而推动教学效果的进步。

This article uses the methods of literature,logical analysis and other methods to analyze the characteristics of Taekwondo projects and the value of humanistic spirit training in the current situation of humanistic spirit cultivation in Taekwondo teaching in Chinese universities.The study believes that under the background of quality education in the new era,Taekwondo teaching in colleges and universities should focus on cultivating students’humanistic spirit,strengthen Taekwondo spiritual propaganda,increase humanistic feelings in Taekwondo teaching,create a culture of Taekwondo,integrate the cultivation of humanistic spirit,and improve the humanistic spirit The proportion in Taekwondo teaching promotes the progress of teaching effect.
