数控切割实竹板交替穿心安装施工工艺研究

摘要 以数控切割实竹板的安装方式为研究对象,以不锈钢轴心圆杆和不锈钢套管作为核心连接件形成轴心穿心连接系统,通过整体分层分段的方式进行安装,解决了数控板材安装的施工工艺问题,这种安装方式既保证了装饰墙面的稳定性,也大大提高了板材的施工效率和施工精度,为类似饰面板材的施工提供了借鉴意义。 In this paper,the installation method of NC-cut solid bamboo board is taken as the research object,and the stainless steel shaft center round rod and stainless steel sleeve are used as the core connection to form the shaft through-core connection system.Problems in the construction process of panel installation.This installation method not only guarantees the stability of the decorative wall surface,but also greatly improves the construction efficiency and construction accuracy of the panel,and provides a reference for the construction of similar facing panels.
