某化工厂转动设备驱动方式改造方案设计

Transformation design of rotating equipment driving mode in a chemical plant

摘要 以某化工厂为例,将现存部分工艺转动设备驱动方式改为汽轮机驱动并测算了投资情况、成本费用及全厂技术经济指标,达到了降低全厂厂用电率,减少运行成本,提高经济效益的目的。 Taking a chemical plant as an example,the drive mode of some existing process rotating equipments was changed into steam turbine drive.The investment,cost,and technical and economic indexes of the whole plant were calculated.As the results,the power consumption rate and the operation cost was reduced,and the economic benefits were improved.
