装修一体化装配式建造技术研究现状及展望

Research status and prospect of the prefabricated construction and integrated decoration

随着建筑行业不断面临环境、经济及施工质量等方面的挑战,装配式建筑作为实现建筑绿色化、工业化的重要举措之一正不断发展。从装配式建筑技术特征、装修一体化建造技术及BIM技术的应用三方面综合阐述了目前国内外装配式建筑的研究现状与发展动态。通过对比分析国内外装配式建筑体系及理论技术,总结了目前该体系研究与实践中需要解决的焦点问题,并对未来的研究方向和趋势作了初步的判断。

As the construction industry faces the challenges of the environment,economy and construction quality,Prefabricated Construction(PC)is developing as one of the important measures to realize the industrialization of buildings.In this paper,the research status and development trend of PC are comprehensively described from three aspects:the technical characteristics,the integrated construction technology of decoration and the application of BIM technology.Through the comparative analysis of the PC system and theoretical technology from different countries,this paper summarizes the main problems to be solved in the process,and excepts to the future research direction.
