全球价值链背景下贸易不平等研究——基于制造业视角

Research on Trade Inequality in the Context of Global Value Chain:From the Perspective of Manufacturing Industry

利用世界投入产出表构建了制造业国际不平等交换中价值转移的衡量指标以研究全球价值链分工背景下贸易不平等的新特征。研究结果发现,制造业各行业中普遍存在贸易不平等现象,在焦炭和精炼石油产品制造、基本医药产品和医药制剂制造、化学品及化学制品制造行业最为突出,并且除纺织品制造、服装制造及皮革和相关产品制造行业外,其他行业的贸易不平等程度均有所增强。进一步分国家分析发现,大多数国家或地区都从贸易中获取了价值转入,且有相当数量的国家已经逃离或者正在逃离不平等交换带来的盘剥。

Using the world input-output table,this paper constructs a new index to measure the value transfer of the international unequal exchange of manufacturing industry to study the new characteristics of trade inequality in the context of global value chain division.The results show that trade inequality exists on all industries of manufacturing industry,especially in coke and refined petroleum products manufacturing,basic pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutical preparations manufacturing,chemicals and chemical products manufacturing.Besides textile manufacturing,garment manufacturing and leather and related products manufacturing,the degree of trade inequality in other industries has increased.Further country by country analysis shows that most countries or regions have obtained value transfer from trade,and a considerable number of countries had fled or are fleeing the undercutting brought about by unequal exchange.
