“火郁发之”在艾滋病治疗中的应用

Application of“Excessive Stagnation of Fire”in The Treatment of AIDS

通过系统梳理“火郁发之”治则的理论内涵以及后世临床应用中的发挥,发现本治则理论内涵丰富,可广泛应用于外感和内科杂病。艾滋病的病因病机非常复杂,不同医家对其认识不一,其中艾滋病“疫毒”侵袭人体,深伏难解是其不易治愈的一个重要原因。临床研究显示“火郁”这一病机贯穿于艾滋病患者从急性HIV感染期、无症状HIV病毒携带期以及艾滋病期的整个过程中。因此笔者认为深入理解“火郁发之”治则,并将其灵活应用到艾滋病的临床治疗中,不仅可以提高中医药治疗艾滋病的临床疗效,并且对清除艾滋病“疫毒”有一定的指导意义。

Through systematic arrangement on the theoretical connotation and the development of later generations’clinical application of“Excessive Stagnation of Fire”theory,we found its important guiding significance which can be widely used in external and internal diseases.Despite the complex pathogenesis and different cognitions from various physicians,“epidemic toxin”of AIDS attacked and deeply concealed in the body are the important reason for its difficulty to cure.The clinical researches indicated that the pathogenesis of"Excessive Stagnation of Fire"cross the whole period of AIDS,including the acute HIV infection stage,asymptomatic HIV carrier phase and AIDS period.Thus,we hold the opinion that the deeply understanding and smoothly application can not only improve the clinical efficacy but show a guiding significance to remove the virus of AIDS.
