早期妊娠女性寸口尺见弦脉的临床研究

A Clinical Study on The Wiry Pulse at The Cun Kou during Early pregnancy

目的:观察早期妊娠女性寸口尺的脉象变化。方法:将102例妊娠4~8+6周女性按照症状、体征分为正常早期妊娠组70例和异常早期妊娠组32例。应用ZM-300中医智能脉象仪采集脉图,并对其脉名、脉位、脉力进行比较,同时比较正常早期妊娠组与异常早期妊娠组左、右寸口尺的脉图参数差异。结果:早期妊娠寸口尺的脉力比较,正常早期妊娠组左、右寸口尺的脉力比较差异有统计学意义,异常早期妊娠组左、右寸口尺的脉力比较差异无统计学意义,正常早期妊娠组与异常早期妊娠组脉力比较差异无统计学意义;早期妊娠寸口尺的脉位以中脉位多见,但正常早期妊娠组与异常早期妊娠组脉位比较差异无统计学意义,正常早期妊娠组与异常早期妊娠组之间弦脉比较差异无统计学意义。结论:正常早期妊娠与异常早期妊娠女性寸口尺的脉象均以弦脉多见,尤其以弦I型脉多见,这可能与妊娠期特殊的母体状态有关,而导致妊娠期多见弦脉的机制还有待进一步研究。

Objective:To observe the pulse image changes at the cun kou in the early pregnancy.Methods:According to the symptoms and signs,102 cases of 4~8+6 weeks of gestation women were divided into the normal group(n=70)and the abnormal group(n=32).The ZM-300 Chinese medical intelligent pulse apparatus was used to collect and compare the difference in pulse diagram,veins,arteries,as well as the pulse between the normal and abnormal group.Results:Pulse force comparison during the early pregnancy:The difference in right and left pulse force was statistically significant in the normal group,but not in the abnormal group.The pulse force had no statistical significance between the normal and abnormal group.The most common pulse position in chi was middle position during the early pregnancy,but there was no significant difference between the normal and abnormal group.Comparison of wiry pulse in the early pregnancy:There was no statistically significant difference between the normal and abnormal group.Conclusion:The wiry pulse especially the wiry I pulse is mostly seen in the early pregnancy,but the mechanism of the occurrence of wiry pulse during pregnancy remains to be further studied.
