摘要
针对某钢管厂90 t电弧炉生产过程中产生的大量高温烟气,设计两级式余热回收系统。通过分析烟气在气化冷却烟道中的换热,确定受热面的温度变化和热量平衡。由于烟气波动会影响传热,余热锅炉蒸汽需经蓄热器稳压蓄能后再供用户。通过计算确定蓄热器的规格和蓄热能力,为同类余热锅炉设计与安全运行提供了依据。
In view of the large amount of high-temperature flue gas produced during the production of an electric arc furnace in a steel pipe plant,the two-stage heat recovery boiler was designed. The heat transfer of flue gas in evaporative cooling flue was analysed to determine the temperature change and heat balance of the heating surface. Because the fluctuation of the flue gas affecting the heat transfer,the steam of heat recovery boiler needs to be stabilized by the heat accumulator before it is supplied to users. The size and capacity of the heat accumulator are determined by calculation,providing a basis for the design and safe operation of the same kind of waste heat boiler.
