摘要
随着环保和节能意识的不断提高,工业废气和废液的燃烧利用已成为发展方向。针对工业废气和废液热值低、波动大和不易着火燃烧的特点,焚烧炉的配风控制优化对于燃烧系统的稳定、可靠,起着至关重要的作用。以某项目实施为例,介绍如何应用PLC实现以废气和废液为主燃料的配风优化。
With continuous improvement of environmental protection and energy saving,it has become development direction to burn and utilize industrial waste gas and waste liquid. Aiming at characteristics of low thermal value,large fluctuation and hard to ignition of industrial waste gas,the optimization of air control plays an important role in the stability,reliability and efficiency of combustion control system. Introduces how to apply PLC to realize the optimization of air which mainly takes waste gas and waste liquid as the fuel by example of implementation of project.
