不同种类花粉对七星瓢虫幼虫发育的影响 被引量:6

Effects of different types of pollen on larval development of Coccinella septempunctata

摘要 为了探索七星瓢虫人工繁育饲料最佳组分,根据七星瓢虫具有取食花粉的特性,通过对不同种类花粉饲喂后七星瓢虫幼虫、蛹的发育历期,化蛹率,羽化率及成虫体重等指标的分析,明确了不同种类花粉对七星瓢虫幼虫发育的影响。结果表明,玫瑰花粉极显著降低了七星瓢虫幼虫和蛹的发育历期(16.07 d),荷花、菊花、荞麦和玉米花粉极显著增加了幼虫和蛹的发育历期(分别为24.89 d,23.98 d,22.60 d和22.78 d),无花粉饲喂的七星瓢虫对照组幼虫和蛹的发育历期为18.40 d;荞麦花粉显著增加了羽化成虫的畸形率,达到9.09%,对照组成虫未发现畸形现象;油菜花粉显著增加了羽化成虫的体重(0.037 56 g),对照组羽化成虫的体重为0.034 36 g。综合上述各处理七星瓢虫的发育历期,羽化成虫畸形率和体重指标,玫瑰和油菜花粉可作为七星瓢虫幼虫人工饲料的添加成分。 To find the optimal artificial feed composition for Coccinella septempunctata, we studied the effects of different types of pollen on the larval development of C. septempunctata by comparing the developmental duration of larvae and pupae, pupation rate, eclosion rate, and weight of adult after feeding with different pollens. The results showed that rose pollen significantly reduced the development duration of larva and pupa(16.07 d) while lotus, chrysanthemum, buckwheat,and corn pollen significantly increased the development duration of larva and pupa(24.89 d, 23.98 d, 22.60 d, and 22.78 d, respectively). The developmental duration of larvae and pupae of the control group was 18.40 d. Buckwheat pollen significantly increased the deformity rate of adults emerged, which was 9.09%, and no deformity was found in the control group. Rape pollen significantly increased the bodyweight of adults(0.037 56 g on average), while the weight of the control group was 0.034 36 g. Taking into account the developmental stages of larvae and pupae, pupation rate, eclosion rate, and weight of C. septempunctata treated above, rose and rape pollen could be used as additive ingredients in the artificial feed for ladybug larvae.
