脊柱内镜下单侧入路双侧减压术治疗腰椎椎管狭窄症的疗效 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨经皮脊柱内镜行单侧入路双侧减压术治疗单节段腰椎椎管狭窄症(LSS)的临床效果。方法回顾性分析采用脊柱内镜下单侧入路双侧减压术治疗的21例LSS患者的临床资料。记录患者手术时间、住院时间及并发症发生情况,于术前、术后3 d及末次随访时采用VAS疼痛评分评定腿部疼痛程度,Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评估患者功能丧失严重程度。结果21例LSS患者手术时间为(93±39)min。术中2例患者发生硬脊膜损伤。术后所有患者无神经损伤症状,临床症状明显缓解。21例患者随访6~28个月,均未复发。末次随访影像学检查未见减压节段明显不稳表现。与术前相比,术后3 d和末次随访时患者VAS疼痛评分和ODI评分均降低(P<0.05),其中末次随访时VAS疼痛评分和ODI评分降低更加明显(P<0.05)。结论在严格掌握手术适应证及术中规范操作的前提下,经皮脊柱内镜下单侧入路双侧减压术是治疗LSS的一种安全及有效的方法。
