摘要 研究了在以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)为核、苯乙烯/丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)为壳的种子乳液聚合反应中,引发剂用量和加入方式、反应温度、链转移剂的种类、用量和加入方式以及不同乳化剂含量的PTFE乳液等试验条件对聚合后PTFE抗滴落剂乳液的固含量、SAN壳共聚物的分子质量的影响。通过优化种子乳液聚合的反应条件,制备得到壳层SAN聚合物分子质量较低、乳液固含量较高的PTFE抗滴落剂。试验结果表明:通过加入链转移剂可有效降低SAN壳聚合物的分子质量,增加PTFE与基底树脂的相容性,提高其抗滴落性能。 The PTFE anti-dripping agent was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization with polytetrafluoro-ethylene(PTFE)as the core,and styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer(SAN)as the shell.The effect of experimental conditions such as the amount and addition method of initiator,reaction temperature,type,dosage,adding method of chain transfer agent and PTFE emulsion with different emulsifier concentrations on the solid content of PTFE anti-dripping agent emulsion and the molecular weight of SAN shell copolymer after polymerization were investigated.By optimizing the reaction conditions of seed emulsion polymerization,a PTFE anti-dripping agent with lower molecular weight of the shell layer SAN polymer and higher emulsion solid content was prepared.In addition,the experimental results indicated that the addition of a chain transfer agent can effectively reduce the molecular weight of the SAN shell polymer,increase the compatibility of PTFE and the base resin,and improve its anti-dripping performance.
