七氟异丁醇的合成工艺研究

摘要 研究了两步法制备七氟异丁醇的合成工艺。首先以七氟异丁酰氟为起始原料,通过酯化反应制备七氟异丁酸乙酯,再以硼氢化钠为还原剂制备七氟异丁醇,甲醇钠作为稳定剂,有效降低了硼氢化钠在溶剂中的损失,提高了硼氢化钠对酯的还原能力。通过优化工艺条件,最终反应转化率为100%,总收率为91.30%。该工艺方法反应收率高,反应条件温和,反应过程易操控、易放大。 A two-step synthesis process of heptafluoroisobutanol was reported in this work.First,ethyl hepta-fluoroisobutyrate was prepared by esterification of heptafluoroisobutyryl fluoride,and then sodium borohydride was used as a reducing agent to prepare heptafluoroisobutanol,in which sodium methoxide is the stabilizer,effectively reducing the loss of sodium borohydride in the solvent,improving the reducing ability of sodium borohydride to ester.By optimizing the reaction conditions,the final conversion rate was up to 100%,and the total yield was 91.3%.This process has high reaction yield,mild reaction conditions,and easy to control and amplify.
