P(TFEMA-co-NaUA)无皂细乳液的制备及对水泥砂浆的改性研究

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸2,2,2-三氟乙酯(TFEMA)和十一烯酸钠(NaUA)为反应单体进行细乳液聚合,可以得到稳定性很好的P(TFEMA-co-NaUA)无皂细乳液。考察了聚合反应及乳胶粒粒径的影响因素,同时研究了聚合物乳液对水泥砂浆的改性情况。结果表明,乳液的固含量、NaUA的含量对乳液乳胶粒的粒径影响较大。通过控制聚合条件,可以得到粒径为纳米级的乳胶粒;聚合物乳液可以在水泥砂浆内部形成致密的薄膜,对提高水泥砂浆的力学性能很有帮助。 In the present paper,fluoroacrylate copolymer emulsion was made by miniemulsion polymerization with 2,2,2-trifluoroethyl methacrylate and sodium undecylenate as the monomers.The influence factor to polymerization and latex particle was studied,and the emulsion modification on cement mortar was characterized.It is shown that emulsion content and the amount of NaUA has big influence on latex particle,nanometre particle can be obtained by controlling polymerization condition.Polymer emulsion can form compact film within cement mortar,in addition,it can improve the mechanical property of cement mortar.
