Methods for Synthesis of Perfluorocarboxylic Acid

全氟羧酸在表面活性剂、聚合用乳化剂、含氟医药及农药中间体、含氟材料单体等领域有广泛的应用。总结了全氟羧酸的合成方法,主要涉及三氟乙酸、全氟聚醚羧酸和其他直链全氟羧酸的合成方法,对各方法存在的问题进行了讨论,并对其研究方向进行了展望。

Perfluorocarboxylic acids are widely used as surfactants,emulsifiers for polymerization,intermediates of fluorinated pharmaceuticals and pesticides,monomers of fluorinated materials and so on.This paper focuses on the synthesis methods of perfluorocarboxylic acid,mainly including the synthesis methods of trifluoroacetic acid,perfluoropolyether carboxylic acid and other straight-chain perfluorocarboxylic acid.The problems of synthesis methods of perfluorocarboxylic acid are discussed and the future research directions are prospected.
