摘要 "一带一路"倡议推动了水利事业国际化进程,水利事业国际化需要国际化高端水利人才引领,需要国际化技术技能人才支撑。在国际化水利人才培养方面,我国高职院校在规模、结构、规格等方面面临着诸多问题,这就要求水利行业高职院校用先进的理念和水利行业精神指导水利人才培养,为推进水利事业国际化进程提供人力资源支撑。"双高"建设开启了我国高职院校国际化人才培养的新时代,水利类"双高"建设院校应当通过构建"1+N"中外分布式办学模式培养国际化水利人才,通过深化国际合作构建高职水利人才培养新模式,以满足水利事业国际化的需求。 The“One Belt and One Road”initiative has promoted the internationalization of water conservancy.The internationalization of water conservancy requires the guidance of international water conservancy talents and the support of internationalization practical high-skilled talents.With regard to the cultivation of international water conservancy talents,Chinese higher vocational colleges are facing many problems in terms of scale,structure,and specifications.It requires higher vocational colleges in the water conservancy industry to guide the cultivation of water conservancy talents with advanced concepts and the spirit of the water conservancy industry to provide human resources support for internationalization process of water conservancy business.“Double High-quality”construction colleges have opened a new mode of internationalization talent cultivation,by building a“1+N”Chinese-foreign distributed school-running model to cultivate internationalization water conservancy talents,and deepening international cooperation to build a new mode for higher vocational water conservancy talent cultivation,then to meet the needs of the internationalization of water conservancy.
