单跑道连续离场条件下的航班排序优化方法 被引量:1

摘要 由于空域资源紧张,近年来航班受到流控的现象时有发生,造成旅客满意度低以及航空公司运营成本的提高。在协同流量管理系统中流控发生的背景下,针对单跑道机场连续离场航班排序问题,设计了一种先对受控航班的预计过点时刻进行排序的方法,再以最小化航班撤轮挡时刻总用时和最小化差值和为目标,利用NSGAII快速非支配排序算法对航班集合的预计撤轮挡时刻进行整体重新排序的方法。优化结果对比FCFS算法将目标撤轮挡时刻总用时缩短26%,差值和减少869分钟,继而算出起飞时刻共提前74分钟。该方法可减缓容流不平衡问题,预防航路拥堵现象发生,对提高机场与航空公司运营效率节省成本有积极意义。 In recent years,due to the shortage of airspace resources,flights are subject to flow control from time to time,resulting in the dissatisfaction of passengers and the increase of operating costs of airlines.In this paper,under the background of the occurrence of flow control in the collaborative flow management system,aiming at the scheduling problem of consecutive departure flights at a single runway airport,a method is designed to first sort the estimated over-point time of controlled flights,and then to reorder the overall expected flight off-block time of the flight set to minimize the total time and the difference sum of the flight off-block time by using NSGAII fast non-dominant sorting algorithm.Compared with the FCFS optimization algorithm,the optimization results shorten the total target off-block time by 26%,and reduce the difference by869 minutes.It is then calculated that the departure time is 74 minutes earlier.This method can alleviate the imbalance of capacity flow,prevent the occurrence of air traffic congestion,and has positive significance for improving the operation efficiency and saving the costs of airports and airlines.
