康复治疗早期介入对脑梗塞患者日常生活活动能力与住院天数的影响

Effect of Early Intervention in Activity of Daily Living and the Hospitalization Time on Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:脑梗塞后康复治疗的早期介入被认为可以有效促进患者的功能恢复。本文对首次进入神经内科治疗的脑梗塞后的患者进行早期康复干预,观察康复治疗的早期介入对患者日常生活活动能力(ADL)恢复情况和住院天数的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2019年12月首次进入南京医科大学附属南京医院神经内科进行治疗并接受康复治疗早期介入的脑梗塞患者65人为研究对象,其中男性50人,女性15人,年龄37~88岁,平均年龄(67.0±13.1)岁,住院天数3~23天,平均住院时间(10.0±3.8)天。患者病情稳定后,对患者进行康复评定,并给予相应康复治疗,以改良Barthel指数得分评价患者治疗前后的日常生活活动能力。结果:康复治疗后所有患者的日常生活活动能力都有所提高,改良Barthel指数初始得分与最终得分之间呈正相关(r=0.591,P=0.000),患者的改良Barthel指数初始得分和最终得分均与住院天数呈负相关(r=-0.359,P=0.003&r=-0.252,P=0.042)。结论:康复的早期介入使脑梗塞患者的日常生活活动能力均得到明显提高,住院天数明显缩短。

Objective:Rehabilitation in early stage of cerebral infarction can effectively improve patients'recovery of function.In order to find the effect of early rehabilitation intervention on patients'recovery situation and hospitalization days,early intervention on patients with cerebral infarction in neurology department at their first time was done.Methods:65 cerebral infarction patients(50 male and 15 female)age from 37 to 88 years old in Neurology Department from January,to December,2019 were selected.The average age is(67.0±13.1)years old.Their hospitalization time ranged from 3 to 23 days,and average hospitalization time was(10.0±3.8)days.Rehabilitation evaluation and treatment was carried out as soon as their disease was stable.Improved Barthel index was used to evaluated patients’activity of daily living.Results:Activity of daily living was improved by rehabilitation treatment.There was significant positive correlation between initial improved Barthel index score and final improved Barthel index score(r=0.591,P=0.000).There was significant negative correlation between initial improved Barthel index score and hospitalization time(r=-0.359,P=0.003),and final improved Barthel index score and hospitalization time(r=-0.252,P=0.042).Conclusion:Patients'activity of daily living is improved,the number of days in hospital is significantly shortened.
