跨理论模型干预在小儿癫痫护理中的应用

Application of Trans Theoretical Model Intervention in Nursing of Children with Epilepsy

目的:在小儿癫痫护理中采用化理论模型干预,旨在对其应用效果进行探讨。方法:将郑州大学第三附属医院2018年5月-2018年11月期间开展常规干预模式的38例癫痫患儿纳入A组,将2018年12月-2019年7月期间开展实行跨理论模型干预的38例癫痫患儿纳入B组。比较两组行为阶段分布情况、不良情绪。结果:B组行为阶段分布情况均优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组SAS、SDS评分均下降,且B组低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对小儿癫痫护理采用跨理论模型干预方法可有效改善患儿不良情绪,优化行为阶段分布状况,利于患儿疾病治疗,临床意义重大。

Objective:To explore the application effect of chemical theory model intervention in pediatric epilepsy nursing.Methods:38 cases of epilepsy children in the hospital from May,2018 to November,2018 were included in group A,and 38 epileptic children with cross theoretical model intervention from December,2018 to July,2019 were included in group B.The distribution of behavior stages and unhealthy emotions were compared between the two groups.Results:The distribution of behavior stages in group B was better than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,SAS and SDS scores of two groups were decreased,and group B was lower than group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cross theoretical model intervention can effectively improve children’s unhealthy emotions,and optimize the distribution of behav ior stages,which is conducive to the treatment of children with epilepsy,which is of great clinical significance.
