急性上呼吸道感染护理中精细化护理联合出院规划的应用分析

Analysis on the Application of Fine Nursing Combined with Discharge Planning in the Nursing of Acute Upper respiratory Tract infection

目的:研究急性上呼吸道感染护理中精细化护理联合出院规划的应用效果。方法:研究对象为2019年3月-10月入院的78例急性上呼吸道感染患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各39例,对照组单用精细化护理,研究组联用精细化护理与出院规划;比较两组护理前后生活质量评分与护理后症状消失时间、满意度。结果:两组护理前生活质量评分无差异(P>0.05);对比对照组,研究组护理后生活质量评分、满意度更高,症状消失时间更短(P<0.05)。结论:急性上呼吸道感染护理中精细化护理联合出院规划的应用效果显著,可促进患者快速康复,提升其生活质量及满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of fine nursing combined with discharge planning in the nursing of acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:78 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted from March to October,2019 were randomly divided into two groups,including control group and study group,with 39 patients in each group.The control group received fine nursing alone,the study group received combined fine nursing and discharge planning.The life quality scores before and after nursing,and the time and satisfaction of symptom disappearance after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no difference in the quality of life score before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05)Compared with the control group,the quality of life score and satisfaction after nursing in the study group were higher,and the time of symptom disappear-ance was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effct of meticulous nursing combined with discharge planning in th nursing of acute upper respiratory tract infection is significant,which can promote the rapid recovery of patients,improve their quality of life and satisfaction,and is worth popularizing.
