心理弹性训练对胃癌手术患者应对方式及生活质量的影响

Effect of Psychological Flexibility Training on Coping Style and Quality of Life of Patients with Gastric Cancer Undergoing Operation

目的:探讨心理弹性训练对胃癌手术患者的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2017年3月-2020年4月在南阳市第一人民医院接受110例胃癌手术患者的临床资料,通过护理方式不同分为对照组(常规护理干预,55例)和观察组(心理弹性训练干预,55例),两组均连续干预4周,比较干预前后两组患者应对方式及生活质量。结果:观察组面对评分较对照组高,回避与屈服评分较对照组低,观察生活质量评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胃癌手术患者采用心理弹性训练干预,可有效改善患者应对方式,提高患者生活质量,有助于患者及早恢复健康。

Objective:To explore the clinical application value of psychological resilience training in patients with gastric cancer surgery.Methods:The clinical data of 110 patients with gastric cancer undergoing operation in the hospital from March,2017 to April,2020 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into control group(routine nursing intervention,55 cases)and observation group(psychological flexibility training intervention,55 cases)by different nursing methods.The two groups were intervened for 4 weeks continuously.The coping styles and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results:The score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the avoidance and yield score was lower than the control group,and the observation quality of life score was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological resilience training intervention for patients with gastric cancer surgery can effectively improve the coping style of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and help patients recover as soon as possible.
