摘要
目的研究北柴胡新品系CBC-3主要农艺性状,建立其形态学鉴定体系。方法以四川北柴胡新品种“川北柴1号”为对照品种从株高、基生叶、茎生叶、茎节个数等13个性状对新品系CBC-3进行评价。结果新品系CBC-3平均基生叶数量显著高于对照,株高、茎生叶、茎节个数等12个性状均极显著高于对照品种,表现花序多,结实性好,适应性强等优势。结论CBC-3的系统研究对柴胡新品种选育具有重要意义。
Objective To system evaluate agronomic phenotype of new strain of CBC-3 in Bupleurum chinense DC.Methods-variation between CBC-3 with commercial variety of Chuanbeichai No.1 were investigated based on thirteen agronomic traits.Results Compared with Chuanbeichai No.1,CBC-3 showed more basal leaves,cauline leaves,internodes,infloresence,grains,and higher plant.This strain showed higher adaptation to the environment of Sichuan.Conclusion Analysis on phenotypic basic of CBC-3 will help agronomic and yield improvement in B.Chinense DC breeding.
