摘要 慢性肾脏病(CKD)是一项全球性疾病,影响范围广、预后差,已经成为重大公共卫生问题,有效预防控制CKD意义重大。饮食在肾脏病的防治中具有举足轻重的作用,甚至直接影响肾脏病的疗效与预后。由于自身营养成分的差异,单独食物项对CKD的影响也不同,有待进一步研究。膳食模式从整体出发,集合多种食物,综合各类食物的交互作用,代表人类自然的进食状态,且涉及地区、文化、人种问题,更能代表人群饮食状况,与CKD的关系更为复杂,也更有价值。 Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a global disease with a wide range of influence and a poor prognosis.It has become a major public health problem,and effective prevention and control is of great significance.Diet has a pivotal role in the prevention and treatment of kidney disease,and even directly affects the therapeutic efficacy and prognosis of kidney disease.Due to the differences in the nutritional composition of various individual food items,their impacts on CKD are different,which needs further studies.The dietary patterns start from the whole,integrate various foods and the interactions of them,which represent the natural eating state of human beings,involving regional,cultural,and ethnic factors,thus better represent the dietary status of the population,and have more complex and more valuable associations with CKD.
