变应性鼻炎治疗的研究进展

变应性鼻炎尚无根治方法,其治疗一直以控制病情、缓解症状为主。关于变应性鼻炎的治疗,药物治疗占重要地位,传统的糖皮质激素、抗组胺药等属于一线治疗药物,但如何减轻这些药物的不良反应仍是需要重点解决的问题。随着对该病研究的深入,越来越多更为高效、安全的新型药物逐渐进入临床并使患者受益。免疫治疗可针对病因进行治疗,近年来各种新型免疫治疗方式大量涌现,使变应性鼻炎患者的免疫治疗得到丰富。但在疾病的免疫治疗方面仍需继续进行深入研究,以明确其治疗变应性鼻炎的准确靶点,从而提升治疗效果。

There is no cure for allergic rhinitis,and its treatment has always been based on controlling the condition and relieving symptoms.Regarding the treatment of allergic rhinitis,drug therapy still occupies an important position.Traditional glucocorticoids and antihistamines still belong to the first-line treatment drugs.However,how to reduce the side effects of these drugs is still a problem that needs to be addressed.With the deepening of research on the disease in recent years,more and more efficient and safe new drugs have gradually entered the clinical and benefited the patients.Immunotherapy can treat the disease according to the etiology,and in recent years,a large number of new immunotherapy methods have emerged,which has enriched the immunotherapy of the patients with allergic rhinitis.Nevertheless,in the immunotherapy of the disease,it is necessary to continue the in-depth research,so as to clarify its precise target for the treatment,and improve the therapeutic effect.
