摘要
随着人们饮食结构的改变和老龄化进程的加快,我国2型糖尿病(T2DM)的发病率逐年升高,给国家和社会带来沉重的经济负担。肠道微生态是人体最大的生态系统,也是人体健康的重要防御系统,在T2DM发生、发展中起重要作用,其与T2DM的相互作用逐渐成为目前研究的热点。肠道菌群紊乱可引起能量平衡的紊乱、糖脂代谢异常以及炎症等。将肠道菌群紊乱作为预防T2DM的靶点,利用肠道微生态制剂调节肠道菌群稳态是目前T2DM预防的研究重点。
The incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is increasing with the diet structure changing and aging process in China,which has far-reaching heavy consequences on the society and nation.Intestinal microecology,as the largest ecosystem of the human body,is also an important defensive system of the body,playing an important role in the occurrence and development of T2DM,and has become a current research hotspot.Intestinal flora disorder can cause energy balance disorder,abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism and inflammation.Taking intestinal flora disturbance as the target of prevention of T2DM,the research focus of T2DM prevention is to regulate intestinal flora homeostasis by intestinal microecological agents.
