摘要 糖尿病血管病变是糖尿病最常见、最严重的并发症之一,糖尿病患者微血管腔室二肽基肽酶-4(DPP4)表达升高。DPP4参与多种调节机制导致内皮细胞受损,其参与血管内皮功能障碍的调节机制主要包括通过氧化应激影响内皮细胞或使多种活性趋化因子和细胞因子降解,如胰高血糖素样肽-1、基质细胞衍生因子-1α、高迁移率族蛋白B1以及神经肽Y等。这些活性趋化因子和细胞因子在DPP4导致的内皮细胞和血管损伤过程中发挥着重要作用,可能成为治疗创伤的潜在靶点。 Diabetic vascular disease is one of the most common and serious complications of diabetes.The expression of dipeptidyl peptidase-4(DPP4)in the microvascular compartment of diabetic patients is increased.DPP4 participates in a variety of regulating mechanisms to damage the endothelial cells.The related regulation of vascular endothelial dysfunction mechanism mainly includes oxidative stress effects or degradation of a variety of active chemokines and cytokines,such as glucagon sample peptide 1,stromal cell derived factor 1α,high mobility group protein B1,and neuropeptide Y,which all play important roles in DDP4 resulated endothelial cells and vascular injury,and may become the potential targets for the treatment.
