高质量发展背景下工业互联网发展途径及保障措施研究

Research on Industrial Internet Development Path and Guarantee Measures under the Background of High-quality Development

随着“互联网+”的深入推进,新一代信息技术产业快速发展,加快发展工业互联网有助于融入新一代信息技术革命,推动生产力实现质的飞跃,开辟新道路和拓展新领域,为经济增长提供新动能,进而实现高质量发展。工业互联网的发展需要多方参与,具体的发展途径主要包括建设无障感知互联的基础网络、搭建先进的工业互联网平台、培育工业互联网产业、推进工业互联网深度融合应用和建立安全保障体系四个方面。发展工业互联网的相关保障措施主要体现在健全组织实施机制、加大财税金融扶持、完善法规标准建设、强化人才体系建设、营造良好发展环境五个部分。

With the further development of the“Internet plus”,the new generation of information technology industry is developing rapidly.Accelerating the development of industrial Internet will help to integrate into the new generation of information technology revolution,promote the qualitative leap of productivity,open up new roads and expand new fields,provide new kinetic energy for economic growth,and achieve high quality development.The development of industrial Internet needs multi-party participation.The specific development approaches mainly include building the basic network of barrier free perceptual interconnection,building advanced industrial Internet platform,vigorously cultivating the industrial Internet industry,promoting the deep integration and application of industrial Internet,and establishing a security system.The relevant safeguard measures for the development of industrial Internet are mainly reflected in five parts:improving the organization and implementation mechanism,increasing financial support,improving the construction of laws and regulations,strengthening the construction of talent system,and creating a good development environment.This paper hopes to provide some reference for the development of industrial Internet in various regions of China.
