摘要
为研究铁路隧道救援站火灾烟气蔓延的规律并为火灾情况下铁路隧道救援站内控烟方案设计提供技术依据,笔者建立了几何比尺为1∶50的铁路隧道列车行驶模型试验平台。通过室内模型试验,对自然通风以及3种轴流风机风速影响下铁路隧道救援站火灾烟气蔓延规律展开研究。同时,用Flunet数值模拟软件建立了动网格模型,计算了2种火灾工况结果并与模型试验进行对比分析。试验结果表明:隧道内活塞风大小受列车车速的影响,两者成正相关。未开启风机时,离火源较近的前后横通道均会被烟气侵入;开启右线主隧道两端风机进行2 m/s送风后,仅有7号横通道有烟气侵入。
In order to study the law of fire smoke flow in railway tunnel rescue station,and to provide technical basis for the scheme of smoking control under fire conditions,a test platform for railway tunnel with geometric scale of1:50 was established.Through the model test,the law of fire smoke flow in the railway tunnel rescue station under the effect of natural ventilation and three axial fan wind speeds was studied.At the same time,the dynamic mesh model was established by the Flunet numerical simulation software,and the results of two fire conditions were calculated and compared with the experimental results.The test results show that the piston wind is effected by the train speed and they are positively correlated.When the fan is turned off,the front and rear transverse channels that are closer to the fire source will be invaded by the smoke;after the the main tunnel of the right line is opened for 2 m/s air supply,only the 7 th cross passage is invaded.
