摘要 教师评价的若干重要理论问题需要重新审视。所谓教师评价是指评价者为达到一定目的,根据制定的标准,依凭丰富信息对教师的基本素养、专业表现及活动成效等进行价值判断的过程。教师评价除常见类型外,还可按照六个维度在相对意义上划分为12种具体的类型。教师评价新模型需具备整体性、结构性、简洁性和操作性的特点。教师评价教育是指对教师进行的关于教师评价的教育,可引导教师深化对评价的理解,增强对评价的体验,提升评价智慧。教师评价应该走专业化的道路,教师评价者需要深刻认识教师评价的专业特质并具备相应的专业素养。 Some important theoretical issues in teacher evaluation need to be re-examined.Teacher evaluation refers to the process in which evaluators make value judgments on teachers’basic qualities,professional performance and activity effectiveness according to the established standards and abundant information in order to achieve a certain purpose.In addition to the common types,teacher evaluation can be divided into 12 specific types according to the six dimensions in a relative sense.The new model of teacher evaluation should have the characteristics of integrity,structuredness,conciseness and operability.Teacher evaluation education refers to the education on teacher evaluation,which can guide teachers to deepen their understanding of evaluation,reinforce their experience of evaluation,and enhance their wisdom of evaluation.Teacher evaluation should take the road of specialization,and teacher evaluators need to have a deep understanding of the professional characteristics of teacher evaluation and posses the corresponding professional qualities.
