摘要
以国家会展中心(天津)一期工程为背景,针对工程中树形分杈钢结构须在地下室顶板上安装的现状,根据工程现场条件、地下室底板承载力等,研究采用无支撑自平衡安装施工技术。结果表明,在构件安装过程中能构建三级平衡体系,能在保证安装质量的前提下实现快速高效安装。
Regarding the National Convention and Exhibition Center(Tianjin) as the background,in terms of the tree-shaped steel structure while installing the top roof of the basement,according to the onsite condition in construction,the bearing capacity of the basement floor and so on,this paper studies the technology of unsupport self-balance installation.The result shows, in the process of installing components,a triple self-balance system is formed.On the premise of ensuring the quality of installation,a fast and efficient installation is realized.
